POSITION SUMMARY The Creative Director leads the Peace Centers brand vision and day-to-day creative execution. The Creative Director oversees project workflow and is responsible for brand consistency across all audience touchpoints. This position collaborates with internal stakeholders, external agencies, and vendors to deliver an innovative, audience-focused brand experience while using data and industry trends to drive creative effectiveness.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with the Vice President of Marketing to develop and execute creative strategies that drive organizational growth, enhance brand perception, and increase engagement among key audiences Own the creative vision for the Peace Center. Align visual identity and brand narratives, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints and channels (paid media, CRM, website, social content, etc.) Develop and produce campaigns toolkits, marketing materials, and institutional materials for large-scale campaigns and business as usual needs ensuring consistency across all deliverables. Present creative campaigns and concepts to executive leadership and project stakeholders to gain buy-in and oversee execution through launch and post-campaign review Guide a team of creative, UX and content experts

Provide creative direction and build processes to monitor workflow and ensure the timely delivery of a high volume of projects Work cross-departmentally to drive creative strategy and brand cohesion. Collaborate with internal leaders, external partners, promoters, and vendors as needed to execute campaigns. Leverage video editing and emerging creative technologies, including AI-powered tools, to elevate storytelling, improve production efficiency, and drive innovation across creative campaigns.

Utilize consumer insights, market trends, and competitive review to drive creative strategy. Act as an industry thought leader elevating the brand through innovative original content and campaigns. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns.

Analyze and report on the impact of creative initiatives, providing actionable insights for optimization.
