Are you ready to join the fastest growing hospitality and retail organization in Canada?

The Canadian Brewhouse is a proud Canadian owned and operated business headquartered in Edmonton, Alberta. We have over 100 locations that span across seven different brands, excelling in hospitality and premium retail. Our purpose is to Be the Place People Want to Be and we deliver this by providing innovative experiences for our guests, customers and supporting the communities we work and live in.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an organized professional to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of daily operations. As our Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for managing data, organizing workflows, and coordinating effectively between teams.ย

As a key team member, you will support decision-making by providing actionable insights and maintaining operational consistency. Furthermore, we need an individual who will always live by our Core Values and lead every interaction with our company purpose: "Be The Place People Want To Be."

What do you bring?
You bring a minimum of two to three years of experience in an administrative or operations role, alongside one to two years of experience in a managerial position. You possess strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities.

Your analytical skills allow you to easily analyze data, generate reports, and identify trends. You also have a strong understanding of office software, such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, as well as database management systems.

In addition to exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, you can manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Finally, you operate with precision when handling data and tasks, and you can securely handle confidential information.

What will you be doing?
As our Operations Administrator, you will provide administrative support for inventory processes, reconcile basic store discrepancies within one business day, and generate standard weekly or monthly inventory reports. You will also coordinate administrative tasks related to operational initiatives, vendor interactions, and internal communication between the corporate office and restaurant locations.

You will serve as the point of contact and manage administration for platforms like OpenTable, Push Operations, and Skip & Door Dash. During new store openings (NSO), you will ensure the timely and accurate readiness of operational administrative setups and coordinate delivery platform setups.

Your data management tasks will include completing weekly operation reports (such as the Employee LBW Report and MFB Standings), conducting Wednesday morning Schedule Audits, and distributing discount reports. You will also manage Food Safe Certification enrollments and maintain LBW Inventory sheets to ensure pricing and availability are completely up to date.

Finally, you will manage Meazure Up/Daily Chex/Audit App accounts, conduct quarterly documentation reviews, and maintain organized digital or physical filing systems for operational records. You will also oversee the Operations Agenda, managing the weekly release of information and data distributed to the field.

What we offer?

  • Competitive total rewards package commensurate on experience
  • Perks and incentives driven by performance
  • Discount program across all brands
  • Growth opportunities and career development
  • An energizing and team-driven environment!

This role is primarily in-office, based in Edmonton, AB (1112 95th Street SW), with the understanding that occasional travel may be needed to deliver on business needs.

The Canadian Brewhouse is proud to be an equal opportunity employer. We celebrate diversity and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees. We encourage individuals from all backgrounds to apply and join our team.
