We’re looking for a Prep Chef / Line Chef to join our team and help bring our culinary offerings to life. This role is ideal for someone passionate about high-quality ingredients, loves working in a collaborative kitchen environment, and takes pride in creating dishes that enhance the overall guest experience.

About the Role:
The Prep Chef / Line Chef will play a key role in ensuring our kitchen runs smoothly. From preparing ingredients to executing dishes during service, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the high standards of quality and presentation our guests expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and organize ingredients for the day’s service, including slicing meats and cheeses for charcuterie boards.
  • Assist with food preparation and cooking according to recipes and established guidelines.
  • Plate and present small bites and charcuterie boards with consistency and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all kitchen areas meet health and safety standards.
  • Support the kitchen team during service by efficiently executing orders.
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving and storing deliveries.
