Position Summary
The Estimator is responsible for preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates for construction projects. This role involves evaluating project requirements, analyzing plans and specifications, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors, and developing bid proposals. The Estimator works closely with project managers, clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are priced accurately and delivered within budget expectations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects.
  • Review project plans, specifications, and technical documents to determine project scope and requirements.
  • Analyze labor, equipment, material, and subcontractor costs.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and submit bid proposals and supporting documentation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and operations teams during preconstruction planning.
