Journeyman Data Analyst
In this role you will...
  • Interface directly with senior leaders and capability providers on Mission Assurance risk and decision-support matters
  • Prepare tasking packages, staffing materials, and decision-support products
  • Provide risk-mitigation analysis, Courses of Action (COAs), and return-on-investment (ROI)-based decision modeling
  • Support the application of AI/ML techniques to extract insights from Mission Assurance assessment data and stakeholder documentation
  • Support analytical workflow enablement and sustainment of dashboards, monitoring views, and decision-support products
  • Additional duties as assigned
Experience Requirements:
  • 3-10 years in any career field, discipline, or industry
  • Hands-on experience with Palantir AIP or similar AI-enabled analytics platforms preferred
  • Background in data science, predictive modeling, or decision analytics preferred
  • Experience briefing senior DoD leaders preferred
Education Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (B.A. or B.S.) in any field
Certification Requirements:
  • Palantir AI Certification (required)
Security Clearance Requirements:
  • Active/current Top Secret (TS) clearance on Day 1 of performance
  • Ability to obtain and maintain TS/SCI and TS/SCI with Caveats
  • U.S. Citizenship required
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work 100% on-site within a Government SCIF during core duty hours
  • CONUS travel may be required (coordinated with the Government at least 10 calendar days prior)
  • OCONUS travel may be required (e.g., EUCOM/PACOM AOR support; coordinated at least 20 calendar days prior, with Theater Business Clearances)
  • Local travel within the National Capital Region may be required
  • Trip and After-Action Reports are required following each trip
  • May be required to move equipment/files weighing up to 50 pounds
  • May require sedentary work at least 50% of the time
  • Reports to a physical location which occasionally requires the ability to traverse between buildings
  • Ability to manage stress with a high degree of maturity/professionalism
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and leadership skills and the ability to work well with others
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

The anticipated compensation range for this position is$100,000-300,000.Multiple considerations are taken into account when determining the final salary/hour rate, including but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, education and certifications, relevant work experience, related skills and competencies, as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
