What You'll Be Doing
  • Lead the planning, design, and delivery of water, wastewater, and stormwater projects
  • Manage projects end-to-end-ensuring scope, schedule, and budget success
  • Guide and mentor a team of engineers, designers, and CAD professionals
  • Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated, high-quality solutions
  • Prepare and review technical deliverables, including plans, specifications, and cost estimates
  • Partner with clients and regulatory agencies to keep projects moving forward
  • Support and help win new work through proposals and client engagement
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
  • 7+ years of experience in water, wastewater, or stormwater project delivery
  • A strong foundation in project management and team leadership
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license
  • Solid technical expertise and a passion for delivering quality work
  • Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D is a plus

Salary Range:

The starting salary for this position is $125,000, with final compensation determined based on qualifications, experience, and licensing status.
