Warehouse Operator Core Competencies - Communication - Team Work - Time Management - Adaptability & Flexibility - Operating Equipment Responsibilities - Perform general warehouse functions: picking and packing, shipping and receiving, loading, unloading and wrapping goods - Inspect all goods and verify the accuracy of shipment and associated documentation - Assist in the coordination of RMA process - Ensure work environment is always organized and clean - Work in a safer manner by adhering to the established safety standards of the organization - Assist in a variety of departmental tasks as needed Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous work experience in a warehouse position - Must have a valid forklift license - Demonstrated ability to operate material handling equipment including forklift truck - Good communication skills; fluent in English - Computer skills such as Microsoft Office and UPS Worldship is required and networking products skills preferred. - Safety oriented team player with ability to manage work processes - A basic understanding of IT products, Inventory and RMA procedures is an asset Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities - A dynamic, fast-paced working environment - Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs - Physical requirements include: lifting, carrying, bending, stretching and standing frequently - Attention to detail in all areas of work
