Description
Work when you can; create your own schedule ! Our FLEX WORKERS program offers flexibility in terms of working hours/shifts, making it ideal for individuals seeking part-time, on-demand, and temporary opportunities.
Granules Consumer Health is looking for FLEX WORKERS to join our Warehouse team as Warehouse Technicians! As a Warehouse Technician, you will be responsible for incoming raw/packaging material inspection and sampling. You will be responsible for the Disposition of materials, Cleaning and maintaining the Quality Assurance sampling booth. You will be required to follow and adhere to Standard Operating Procedures pertaining to warehouse.
Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
No additional benefits or Paid Time Off will be offered for this Flex Work position. Additionally, as a Flex Worker there is no weekly guarantee of minimum hours, and no weekly requirement of minimum hours to work
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
  • Perform inspection of incoming materials prior to sampling.
  • Receiptof materials in SAP system.
  • Loading/Unloading of materials.
  • Sample materials and follow appropriate documentation.
  • Submit samples to QC laboratory for testing
  • Affix disposition labels.
  • Maintain and return inventory history card-based material disposition status.
  • Assist in opening DEA vault.
  • Staging of material for dispensing.
  • Removal/Storage of material in proper location.
  • Performing inventories in warehouse.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervision

Requirements
Minimum Experience & Education
  • High School Diploma or Associate Degree
  • 1-2 years' recent experience in Warehouse environment Required

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Good verbal and written English communication skills
  • Good math and reading skills
  • Ability to work both on a team and independently
  • Recent forklift experience
  • Forklift experience required
  • Inventory Count experience required
  • Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
  • cGMP environment: 2 years (Preferred)
  • FDA and OSHA regulations: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Experience with SAP (Preferred)

Physical Requirements/Working Environment
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Mental and visual acuity for production of and identification of quality product
  • Must have ability to Stand for long periods of time and ability to bend, twist and turn
