Job description

Partners Personnel is hiring experienced Warehouse Associates for a growing logistics operation in Lebanon, TN! If you have previous warehouse experience, are dependable, and are looking for a consistent Monday–Friday schedule, we want to hear from you.

Positions: Warehouse Associates
Shift: 1st Shift
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Pay Rate: $16.00- $18.00 per hour
Location: Plano, TX 75075


Job Responsibilities

  • Receive, unload, and check incoming deliveries against invoices
  • Stock, face, and rotate merchandise on shelves following FIFO (first in, first out) principles
  • Check product dates and remove expired or damaged items
  • Maintain clean, organized, and properly labeled shelves and displays
  • Price and tag items as needed
  • Break down boxes and maintain back stock/storage area organization
  • Assist customers with locating products on the sales floor
  • Report low stock or inventory discrepancies to management
  • Maintain a safe work environment by keeping aisles clear and reporting hazards
  • Perform light lifting and repetitive bending/reaching as required for stocking tasks

Requirements

  • Previous warehouse, loading, unloading, or quality control experience
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions for extended periods.
  • Previous handheld scanner/RF scanner experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Steel-toe or composite-toe shoes/boots required
