Schedule: Monday – Friday | Daytime Schedule
Compensation: $75,000-$82,000 annual salary

Job Description

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations and develop a high-performing team. This role is critical to maintaining efficient operations, ensuring safety and compliance, and supporting SouthernCarlson’s commitment to exceptional service.


What You’ll Do
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations, including loading, unloading, picking, stocking, staging, and inventory movement

  • Supervise, schedule, and assign work to warehouse team members to ensure productivity and accuracy

  • Coordinate and manage physical inventory counts and cycle counts

  • Ensure compliance with company safety policies, OSHA standards, and DOT regulations

  • Review and manage work orders, purchase orders, and inventory reports

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

  • Provide coaching, performance feedback, and direction to warehouse employees

  • Partner with regional leadership to identify and implement process improvements

  • Perform additional duties as assigned


What We’re Looking For

3–5 years of experience managing a warehouse or distribution operation
Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills
Experience with inventory control and warehouse reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Customer-focused mindset with proven team leadership experience
Proficiency with warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office
Forklift experience preferred
High school diploma or GED required
