The Warehouse Coordinator Lead will provide daily support for the warehouse team, under the direct supervisor of the Warehouse Supervisor, Manager or Branch Manager. The warehouse coordinator Lead will participate in the packing and preparing of equipment and supplies prior to distribution to Amerita’s patients. Additionally, the warehouse coordinator lead will assist with loading, unloading, stocking and inventory of supplies in the warehouse; cleaning all types of medical equipment and acting as a back-up driver when needed.


  • Packages and prepares equipment and supplies prior to distribution
  • Fills orders by preparing supplies to be distributed to patients
  • Ensures delivery tickets forms, requisitions, purchase order forms and packaging slips are completed accurately
  • Assists less experienced Warehouse Coordinators by providing guidance with job duties and responsibilities
  • Assists with training and orientation of new warehouse coordinators
  • Assures that all supplies and medications are stocked and stored properly and within required timeframes including warehouse equipment and supplies
  • Reports inventory levels to supervisor to assure we have adequate inventory on hand
  • Ensures that proper cleaning, maintenance and storage of infusion pumps devices and other medical equipment should the branch not have a dedicated asset manager in place.
  • Oversees tracking of all patient delivery tickets, ensuring prompt return of signed documents
  • Helps with the daily confirmation of all delivery tickets to ensure proper revenue recognition of branch
  • Coordinates and arranges all shipping methods to achieve the best mix and lowest potential overall cost of delivery while assuring that scheduled delivery times are met to enhance patient satisfaction. Perform other related duties as directed

  •  High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, preferred
  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in warehouse management or distribution inventory management, preferably in home infusion
  • Certified pharmacy technician licenses, if required by individual State Board of Pharmacy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology
  • Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures
  • Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory
