Yard Laborer/ Forklift Operator ($18.00- $20.00/hr)
We are seeking a full-time yard laborer which involves ensuring that all items are properly received, shipped, and stored. The main job task is running a forklift to move, receive, dispose, and store products. Successful candidates will be alert, detail oriented, able to follow instructions and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to operate forklift
  • Loading & unloading trucks
  • Time management & prioritizing tasks
  • Able to lift minimum of 75 lbs.
  • Self-motivated
  • Organizational skills
  • Basic Reading Comprehension
  • Communication skills (bilingual helpful)

Responsibilities
  • Coordinating the safety, quality, maintenance, and movement of our products in the yard
  • Properly assist co-workers with daily duties
  • Reading, identifying, and correctly loading/unloading our customer orders on our trucks for incoming/outgoing deliveries
  • Assist in inventory cycle counts
  • Maintain an organize inventory on grounds area and inside garage
  • Collaborate and communicate with other departments to determine the most effective methods of operations, and safety.
  • Communicating with customers and front office regarding orders & inventory
  • Unload incoming inventory from any manufacturer delivery truck
