Job description

Description:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse. You will work closely with other team members to receive, store, and distribute products and materials.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive/operate pallet jack, forklift, and various other warehouse equipment.
  • Utilize smart-phone technology and scanner to select orders.
  • Accurately Pick/fill orders on various pallet configurations utilizing pallet jack/forklift/etc.
  • Finish, wrap, and stage your completed orders in the designated area.
  • Properly manage damaged or out of date products, as it may occur during your shift.
  • Loading and unloading of trucks/trailers, inbound and outbound.
  • If qualified, some duties could require moving tractor/trailer units on lot and in warehouse for loading/unloading purposes.
  • Conduct daily pre- and post-trip inspections for your equipment and report any issues to your supervisor immediately.
  • Communicate any out-of-stock items to your supervisor for shelf replenishment and proper completion of your order(s)
  • This position may also include Merchandising or route rides as need arises.

Requirements:
  • Prior warehouse/warehouse equipment experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork required to be successful.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be able to lift/push/pull up to 90lbs on a repetitive basis.
  • Applicant must disclose any vision, depth perception, or other impairment that may cause potential safety hazards within the warehouse.
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screenings.
