Advanced Air is looking for a dependable Warehouse Associate with HVAC and/or plumbing knowledge to support our field operations. This role is the backbone of our service team โ€” keeping technicians stocked, jobs staged correctly, and the warehouse running like a well-oiled machine. What You'll Be Doing:

  • Pull materials and stage jobs for HVAC and plumbing installs and service
  • Manage inventory levels and keep parts organized
  • Receive, enter, and track materials in ServiceTitan
  • Place material and supply orders as needed
  • Deliver parts or equipment to job sites when required
  • Build and assemble basic ductwork
  • Maintain and organize company tools and equipment
  • Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and orderly
  • Assist with loading/unloading trucks and general warehouse support
Requirements:

What We're Looking For:

  • Prior HVAC and/or plumbing experience or product knowledge (required)
  • Comfortable with physical work, including heavy lifting
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
