Job description

We are seeking a senior-level Systems analyst to act as a Project Lead overseeing the maintenance, operations, and transition of a statewide Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS).

Location: Columbia, SC (EST Shift)

Work Arrangement: 100% Remote (Open Nationwide)

Interview Process: 1 Round, Virtual (Quick Process!)

Core Focus & Pillars of the Position

  • Project Leadership: Manage the functional team, coordinate vendor designs, and lead complex software transitions.
  • Requirements & Design: Work with local stakeholders to solve complex business processes and lead an upcoming E-Filing initiative.
  • Testing Oversight: Supervise testing teams, triage incidents/defects, and review test plans.

Key Skills Required (Must-Haves)

  • 7+ years of direct experience configuring and using the Family Court Case Management System (FCCMS). (Non-negotiable)
  • 5+ years managing, defining, and documenting complex software requirements & solutions.
  • 5+ years leading complex software implementations.
  • Testing Expertise: Strong understanding of Component, Integration, Regression, and Acceptance testing.
  • Technical Tools: Ability to use SQL for querying data; proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, Visual Studio, and Microsoft Test Manager.

Education

  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent hands-on work experience.
