We're seeking a Marketing & Vibe Coordinator, a dynamic, forward-thinking professional who thrives in both digital and on-property environments. This role is instrumental in shaping our brand presence, driving engagement, and curating the unmistakable vibe that defines the Hard Rock experience.
What You'll Do
As a key contributor to the marketing team and on-property experience, you will:
  • Create and execute engaging social media content across platforms, bringing the brand to life through compelling storytelling
  • Manage online community engagement, responding to comments, messages, and guest interactions with professionalism and personality
  • Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content that reflects the energy and luxury of the property
  • Support the execution of strategic marketing plans, campaigns, and promotions
  • Assist in influencer partnerships, giveaways, and local collaborations to expand brand reach
  • Attend and document on-site events, activations, and experiences to amplify real-time engagement
  • Maintain digital presence across platforms, ensuring listings, imagery, and brand messaging are accurate and elevated
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews, partnering with operations to deliver thoughtful, brand-aligned responses
  • Assist with paid social campaigns and performance tracking
  • Contribute to marketing reports, campaign recaps, and ongoing strategy development
  • Act as an on-property brand ambassador, helping to create and sustain the signature "vibe" across all guest touchpoints
