Responsibilities & Duties include, but are not limited to:
โ€ข Assesses and engineersโ€™ wireless connectivity solutions.
โ€ข Focusing on cellular (4G/5G) and other RF technologies. โ€ข Conducts site surveys, measures signal strength, and designs solutions
โ€ข Improve in-building coverage and reliability.
โ€ข Design, test, and optimize RF networks for cellular, LTE, 5G, or other wireless systems
โ€ข Conduct coverage, capacity, and interference analysis to ensure network reliability and performance
โ€ข Perform RF propagation modeling and link budget calculations
โ€ข Conduct drive tests, spectrum analysis, and signal measurements
โ€ข Troubleshoot and resolve RF performance issues in live networks
โ€ข Collaborate with system architects, network engineers, and deployment teams
โ€ข Support antenna design, selection, and placement recommendations
โ€ข Generate technical reports, RF documentation, and network optimization plans
