Job Description
We are seeking a high-impact Product Manager to support the execution and scaling of the Acceptance Growth Center of Excellence (AG COE) across Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC). This role will operate at the center of one of Visa's most strategic initiatives, driving expansion across two key growth vectors:
  • Merchant growth and graduation (long-tail / SMB segment)
  • Expansion into new payment flows, including bill payments and recurring transactions

The Product Manager will work closely with the AG COE Product Director to translate strategy into execution, leading pilots, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and scaling solutions across markets. This is a highly dynamic role requiring both hands-on execution and strong strategic thinking, with a focus on rapid experimentation, ecosystem orchestration, and driving measurable impact. The ideal candidate is proactive, analytical, and highly collaborative-able to break down complex problems, build structured approaches, and mobilize teams across functions, organizations, and geographies.
Responsibilities:
  • Execution of AG COE Strategy and Roadmap: Drive the day-to-day execution of the AG COE roadmap across LAC, ensuring alignment across: Acceptance solutions, Merchant growth and graduation initiatives, Value-added services (credit, insights, operational tools), Bill payment expansion. Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, timelines, and deliverables. Track progress and ensure accountability across multiple stakeholders and functions
  • Pilot Development and Experimentation: Lead the design and execution of MVP pilots across priority markets. Apply a structured test-and-learn approach, including: Hypothesis definition, Experiment design, KPI tracking (conversion, adoption, monetization, retention). Identify and remove friction across the merchant journey: Onboarding, Activation, Conversion to higher tiers. Drive adoption of value-added services (VAS) to increase merchant engagement and monetization. Ensure alignment between product capabilities, pricing, and merchant value proposition
  • Bill Payments Expansion: Support execution of Visa's strategy to expand into bill payments ecosystems. Identify and onboard key partners: Billers, Aggregators and platforms. Coordinate pilot implementations of: Card-on-file, Autopay, Presentment integrations. Work with markets to expand successful use cases across countries and verticals
  • Ecosystem Coordination and Partner Integration: Coordinate onboarding and integration of: 3rd party acquirers and VAS providers (lending, fraud, accounting, etc.). Support development of playbooks and integration models for partners. Facilitate collaboration across internal (Product, Sales, Data, Pricing) and external stakeholders. Help ensure that all players (issuers, acquirers, partners) operate cohesively within the platform
  • Insights, Analytics, and Performance Management: Monitor and analyze key performance metrics across pilots and scaled initiatives: Merchant onboarding and activation, Transaction volume and usage, VAS adoption, Customer satisfaction (NPS). Support the development and activation of the insights layer (VCTS, analytics models). Translate data into actionable recommendations for: Product improvements, GTM adjustments, Partnership strategies
  • Cross-Functional Execution and Influence: Work closely with Global product and engineering teams, Regional Sales and Market teams, Pricing, Legal, Data, and CMS. Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring ideas translate into real deployments. Build alignment and influence decisions across stakeholders without direct authority. Support leadership communication by preparing structured updates, insights, and recommendations
