Role Overview:
  • Lead sustainment operations supporting deployed radar, RF, and mission systems.
  • Own depot repair, refurbishment, RMAs, spares, and lifecycle support execution.
  • Build scalable sustainment systems supporting fleet growth and operational readiness.
  • Drive coordination across Manufacturing, Mission Assurance, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead depot and repair operations.
  • Own repair throughput, turnaround time, and fleet readiness metrics.
  • Drive field-failure investigations and corrective action coordination.
  • Develop spares, obsolescence, and lifecycle support strategies.
  • Stand up sustainment SOPs, workflows, and reporting infrastructure.

Minimum Requirements:
  • 10+ years in sustainment, depot operations, repair operations, or lifecycle support.
  • 5+ years of leadership experience.
  • Experience supporting complex aerospace, defense, RF, or electronics hardware.
  • Strong operational leadership capability in high-tempo environments.

Preferred Requirements:
  • Experience supporting deployed defense systems.
  • Familiarity with FRACAS, serialized tracking, and depot repair workflows.
  • Experience scaling sustainment organizations.

Salary Range: $175,000 - $220,000
