Producer, Ai Unscripted

The AI Unscripted Producer is responsible for building and executing AI powered workflows for unscripted content. This role partners with production teams to reimagine how unscripted content is developed, captured, and delivered using AI, driving efficiency, scalability, and new creative formats. You will operate in a highly experimental environment, translating early-stage tools into real world production pipelines.

Regular, on-site attendance at the workplace for a minimum of four (4) days per week is an essential function of the position. The selected candidate must be able to reliably meet this requirement.

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in unscripted production
  • Fluency in field production, post-production workflows, and delivery pipelines
  • Experience with data driven storytelling and automated editing workflows
  • Familiarity with AI tools for transcription, logging, editing, or content generation

  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
