  • Client On-Set Management & Live Pivots: Host client teams on set, guiding them through unscripted production changes and resolving roadblocks while protecting contractual deliverables.
  • Co-Brand Asset Logistics: Oversee inventory, custom props, infrastructure, and promotional signage required for production shoots.
  • Reporting & Systems Management: Analyze performance metrics across Google Analytics, Nielsen, and Viewstats for wrap decks, maintaining standardized CRM data for audits.

  • Market & Competitive Research: Track consumer trends in telecommunications, subscription models, and co-branded youth marketing to inform pursuit strategy.
  • Proposal & Narrative Deck Creation: Assist Sales Leadership in creating strategic proposals and executive pitch presentations highlighting co-branded integration models.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8+ years of experience in account management, production operations, or media campaign execution, with experience managing telecom accounts preferred.
  • Regulated Industry & Contest Expertise: Direct experience managing sweepstakes and contests, FTC DISCLAIMERS, compliance workflows, and multi-brand co-design rules.
  • High-Volume Execution: Proven capability tracking 30+ simultaneous deliverables under tight deadlines. Google Slides, with working knowledge of Boostr, Google Analytics, and AI productivity tools.
  • Operating Expectations: In-office five days per week in Greenville, NC preferred, or NYC virtual with EST alignment; flexibility for key weekend shoot dates; valid U.S. driver’s license.
