Job description

Are you interested in getting your career started in the automotive industry? We are looking for a Service Greeter to join our team! This is an entry level position in the automotive industry and we will train the right person.

Responsibilities:
  • Work directly with the assistant service managers and assist them with write-up, updating a customer and closing the repair order.
  • Verifying that the total repair meets the estimate provided to the customer.
  • Ensuring all customers have an exceptional service experience.
  • Occasionally move cars from the service lane to shop.
  • Deliver customers vehicles back to them in the service lane.
  • Handle payment from customers on occasion.
  • Scheduling appointments and answering the phones.
  • Full and part-time positions open.
  • Driven to succeed and advance.

Qualifications:
  • Friendly and customer service focused!!
  • Reliable
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Able to walk and stand for long periods of time as well as work outside
  • Computer knowledge a plus!
