You are an experienced SAP transformation leader who thrives in the complexity of large-scale business and technology transformation programs. You bring the leadership, deliveryexpertise, and execution disciplinerequiredto successfully deliver SAP programs that drive measurable business outcomes while managing risk, quality, cost, and stakeholder expectations.

You are a trusted advisor to client stakeholders and program leadership, capable of aligning business, functional, technical, data, testing, deployment, and change teams around shared transformation goals. You excel at solving complex challenges, leading large delivery teams, and ensuring programsremainfocused on value realization from planning through deployment and stabilization.

You continuously seek opportunities to improve delivery through AI, GenAI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision making, helping organizations accelerate transformation while increasing delivery quality and predictability.

Above all, youare passionate about helping CG&S and Utilities organizations transform their businesses through SAP and emerging technologies.

The Work:

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of large SAP transformation programs, serving as the primary delivery leader accountable for execution, quality, financial performance, and business outcomes.

  • Partner with senior client executives to define transformation strategies, program roadmaps, governance models, and value realizationobjectives.

  • Establish and lead global delivery organizations across business, functional, technical, integration, data, testing, deployment, change management, and support workstreams.

  • Drive program planning, mobilization, estimation, staffing, governance,financial management, and execution across all phases of SAP S/4HANA implementations.

  • Manage program risks, issues, dependencies, scope, and stakeholder expectations while ensuring alignment to programobjectivesand delivery commitments.

  • Lead executive governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder communications, providing transparent reporting and actionable recommendations.

  • Ensure adoption of SAP leading practices, Accenture delivery methodologies, quality standards, and governance frameworks to improve delivery outcomes.

  • Guide teams through major program milestones including design, build, testing, deployment planning, cutover, go-live,hypercare, and transition to support.

  • Drive delivery innovation byleveragingAI, GenAI, automation, and analytics to improve productivity, quality, risk management, and delivery efficiency.

  • Build trusted relationships with client executives and become a strategic advisor on SAP transformation, delivery excellence, and business value realization.

  • Support account growth through delivery excellence, executive relationship development, opportunity identification, and participation in sales and pursuit activities.

  • Support sales origination, proposal development, solution shaping, and business case creation for future SAP transformation opportunities.

  • Developdeliveryassets, accelerators, and leading practices while mentoring the next generation of SAP program and delivery leaders.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here's what you need:

  • Minimum of 8 years of SAP delivery, program management, transformation leadership, or consulting experience.

  • Proven and established experience serving as Delivery Lead, Program Manager, Program Director, or Delivery Executive for large SAP transformation programs.

  • Minimum5years of experiencewith leadership roles inSAP transformation programs supportingCG&S/Utilitiescompanies

  • Minimumtwoend-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations with accountability for planning, execution, deployment, and business outcomes.

  • Experience managing large global SAP delivery teams (50+ resources) across multiple geographies and delivery centers.

  • Strong understanding of SAP implementation methodologies, governance, testing, deployment, data migration, change management, and operational readiness.

  • Experience managing program financials, executive stakeholders, third-party vendors, and complex delivery risks.

  • ExperienceleveragingAI, GenAI, automation, or analytics capabilities to improve SAP delivery effectiveness and business outcomes.

  • Prior consulting or advisory experience supporting enterprise transformation initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience). If Associate's Degree, must have equivalent minimum 6-year work experience


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
