As a Restaurant General Manager (RGM), you are the executive leader of the restaurant, responsible for the experience guests count on, the team that delivers it, and the results that keep the business strong.

 

In this role, you’ll partner with your District Manager to lead the restaurant, develop leaders, and ensure consistent execution every day. Leadership at Tim Hortons is steady, people-first, and hands-on focused on creating a welcoming environment for guests and a supportive place for teams to grow.


What You’ll Do

  • Lead the business by owning restaurant performance across sales, profitability, and daily operations
  • Set the guest experience standard by ensuring fast, friendly service and resolving guest issues with care and urgency
  • Develop leaders and teams by hiring, onboarding, coaching, and recognizing Assistant Managers, Hourly Shift Coordinators, and Team Members
  • Drive strong execution and brand standards by managing labor, inventory, compliance, and food safety while supporting local community engagement


What You’ll Bring

  • At least 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of restaurant leadership experience with operational and/or financial responsibility
  • A people-first leadership style with strong communication skills and a focus on developing others

Pay Range

$63,500 per year

 

Actual pay varies based on experience, training, location, and other relevant factors. Where required by law, the posted pay range reflects the full range for the role in the relevant location. Hourly employees are eligible for overtime according to applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as Company policy.
