Job Description

As a member of TGen's Purchasing department, the Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will review, process, and place purchase order requests with established suppliers, clarify end-user requirements and communicate order status to internal stakeholders; coordinate daily Receiving by recording inbound packages, verifying contents, and deploying to end-users; manage supply room inventory. Will process returns as needed, research and correct invoice discrepancies. The Purchasing and Receiving Coordinator will also participate in projects and other department activities as assigned.

  • Invoice discrepancy research and correction.
  • Reports, Issue investigation, end-user relationships.
  • Training, personal development, other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Associates Degree and 1 years of Purchasing and Receiving/Shipping Experience, or equivalent combination of experience
  • Proficient computer skills, experience with Oracle, SAP, or other ERP software
  • Knowledge in data tracking and Microsoft Excel
  • Must be available for 8 hours during business hours of 8am-6pm, Monday - Friday, 40 hours/week
