Regional Sales Manager – Thermal Apparel (EU Region)
Arclin is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead commercial activities for its Aramids (Kevlar® and Nomex®) Thermal Apparel business across Europe.
This role is responsible for driving regional sales performance through strong leadership, strategic execution, and customer engagement, while developing a high-performing sales team and ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a regional sales team to drive performance and achieve growth targets
  • Execute regional business strategy to deliver profitable growth and market expansion
  • Own and manage the sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial processes (Salesforce CRM)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and industry influencers
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, technical, and product teams
  • Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform strategy
  • Ensure operational rigor across account planning, forecasting, and customer engagement
Key Requirements
  • 10–15+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership
  • Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong experience in technical textiles, PPE, protective apparel, or fiber/materials industries
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline management, forecasting, and commercial execution
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrix, multinational environment
  • Strong communication, leadership, and influencing skills
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Based in Germany, Spain, or France with willingness to travel (~50%)
