Job Title: Retail Merchandise Production
Location: NYC (preferred) or Santa Monica (hybrid - Mon to Thu, onsite and Fridays remote)
Pay Range: $35/hour to $40/hour
Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented team member for Retail Merchandise Production with our client, with experience in apparel and accessories. This role supports the execution of merchandise programs across e-commerce and touring channels, ensuring products are developed on time, within budget, and aligned with quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the execution of merchandise programs for artist-specific e-commerce and touring campaigns
  • Coordinate timelines and production schedules across cross-functional teams
  • Assist in negotiating product costs and engineering solutions to meet target margins
  • Track pre-production timelines and ensure adherence to product specifications
  • Support supplier communication and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Help ensure product quality and integrity throughout the development lifecycle
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years of experience in apparel and accessories production or product development
  • Experience working across multiple apparel categories (e.g., men's, juniors, children's)
  • Knowledge of cost negotiation, sourcing, and product engineering
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple timelines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
