Job description

GameDay Men's Health is the leader in men's anti-aging health with multiple locations throughout Southern California. GameDay was created for one simple reason: To help men thrive as they get older. Set in a man-cave environment, plush with flat screen TVs, refreshments, and expert staff, GameDay is the 'go-to' place for helping men stay at the top of their game. We specialize in Testosterone Replacement Therapy and Erectile Dysfunction treatments.

GameDay is now hiring a part time front desk Medical Receptionist at its West Toledo office. The medical receptionist will be responsible for:

- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text

- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text

- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials

- Serving as the liaison between front desk and clinical staff

- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environment

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Ability to multitask effectively

- Strong writing skills. Most patients text into our practice so you will be responsible for fielding these questions.

- Team player mentality and positive outlook! This position is ideal for someone who is a people person and enjoys seeing others change their life for the best!

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24.0 – 32.0 per week
