  • Perform command-line operations, log analysis, and manage services and processes in Linux / Red Hat.

  • Participate in incident management, including issue triage, troubleshooting, resolution, and handling P1 / P2 incidents.


Job description

Job Overview:

Pay Range $55hr - $60hr

Requirement/Must Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure.
  • Willing to participate in rotational on-call support.
  • Hands-on experience troubleshooting, configuring, and supporting PLC and HMI systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and troubleshoot Terminal Management System (TMS6 / TMS7).
  • Perform command-line operations, log analysis, service and process management in Linux / Red Hat.
  • Execute basic queries, transaction and data validation in MySQL.
  • Troubleshoot application, system, and integration issues in an OT environment.
  • Participate in incident management including issue triage, troubleshooting, and resolution.
  • Handle P1 / P2 incidents and participate in bridge calls.
  • Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective / preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors for issue resolution and tracking.
  • Work within ITSM processes (incident, escalation, communication, closure).
  • Be flexible to work in US/night shifts.

Skills:

  • Knowledge of OT integrations & transaction flow (Toptech, Tabs/TDS, Digi, Railman).
  • Experience with FactoryTalk View SE and Inductive Automation Ignition.
  • Experience supporting Terminal Automation Systems (Top tech TMS) and/or Operational Technology (OT) environments.
