Lead North America packaging sustainability strategy aligned with global goals

Partner with procurement, R&D, and suppliers to deliver sustainable packaging solutions
Advance supplier engagement models and performance expectationsBalance cost, feasibility, and environmental impact in sourcing decisions

EPR (Extended Producer Responsibility) Execution

Lead compliance and readiness across U.S. and Canada
Monitor policy changes and translate regulations into business actionsCoordinate reporting, fee forecasting, and engagement with producer responsibility organizations

Data, Systems & Reporting

Strengthen carbon and packaging data systems across North America
Build tools to track progress, risks, and milestonesSupport supplier data collection and sustainability reporting

Cross-Functional Influence

Work across Legal, Government Affairs, Finance, Operations, and Sustainability teams

About You

You are a systems-level operator who can connect sustainability ambition with execution.

Have 6+ years of experience in sustainability, procurement, packaging, or supply chain

Have strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills
