Position Overview

A growing nonprofit healthcare organization is seeking an experienced Operating Room Manager to lead a high-volume perioperative services department. This leadership role oversees daily operations, staff development, patient safety, and operational excellence within a busy surgical program.

The Main Operating Room includes 14 operating suites featuring endovascular, open-heart, robotic, pediatric, cystoscopy, and general surgery services. Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of the Operating Room
  • Lead, mentor, and develop perioperative staff
