Job description

Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership's midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership's fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, evaluate, and manage lubricant house brand suppliers; negotiate contracts, pricing, logistics and terms- work with the West, Caribbean and Canadian teams
  • Manage East supply, forecast demand, and implement inventory control to minimize costs and ensure availability
  • Manage the purchasing and delivery operations of the East marine lubricants
  • Support the lubricant business growth both organically and via M&A
  • House brand quality management oversight - working with the West, Caribbean and Canadian teams
  • East brand partner supply management and strategy - working with the West team

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of experience
  • Knowledge of the US fuels supply chain, including spot and rack markets and exchanges
  • Specific knowledge and experience with OpenLink Right Angle preferred
  • Expert-level capability with MS Excel
  • Excellent communication and strong negotiation skills
  • Must be an independent, self-starting professional
  • Team player, excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to work collaboratively across many functional
    teams.
