Industrial Awning Assembly Specialist
Full-Time — Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Friday off (overtime as needed).

Your impact
- Translate drawings and measurements into precise fabric layouts.
- Run industrial sewing equipment to sew, hem, reinforce, and assemble panels.
- Finish products with grommets, zippers, keder, and valances.
- Team up on aluminum and steel framework assembly.
- Stretch and secure fabric to frames for a tight, professional fit.
- Inspect final assemblies for quality and fit; test moving components.
- Stage hardware, brackets, and complete installation kits for field crews.
- Assist with site measurements and complex installs when required.
Bring these skills Required
- 1+ year (preferred) in sewing, fabrication, manufacturing, upholstery, canvas, or similar
- Accurate measuring and layout skills; strong attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude; fluent with hand tools and basic fabrication equipment
- Ability to read drawings and follow detailed work instructions
Preferred
- Industrial sewing background
- Experience with awnings, marine, upholstery, canvas, vinyl, or shade solutions
- Knowledge of Sunbrella, PVC, acrylic, or coated fabrics
- Use of grommet presses, fabric welders, or related tools
