Job description

Wisconsin Subs LLC, a multi-location Subway franchise group, is seeking an experienced multi-unit leader to take full ownership of day-to-day operations across multiple stores.

The Role

This is a high-accountability leadership position for a proven multi-unit operator. You will own operational performance, compliance, and people development across the portfolio. You will be the operational backbone between store-level teams and ownership. This role suits someone who thrives on structure, data-driven accountability, and building strong management teams.

What You'll Own

Full accountability for operational performance across all locations

Day-to-day operations: standards, execution, and consistency store to store

Training and development of store managers and leadership pipeline

Compliance: food safety, labor law, brand standards, and audit readiness

Talent strategy: hiring, coaching, and performance management at the manager level

Driving sales growth and cost discipline across the portfolio

Direct reporting relationship with ownership; a real seat in strategic decisions

Requirements
  • 3+ years experience as a MultiUnit/District Manager, ideally in QSR or retail food service.
  • Proven track record managing P&L, labor, and food cost across multiple locations
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; ability to travel regularly between stores
  • Working knowledge of food safety regulations
  • Strong working knowledge of labor law as it applies to scheduling, overtime, and minor employment
  • Proficiency with POS systems, scheduling software, and standard reporting tools
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Why This Role

This is an opportunity to run a real business unit, not just supervise stores. You'll have autonomy, direct access to ownership, and the chance to build a high-performing team from the ground up.

    Equal Opportunity Employer

Wisconsin Subs LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic under applicable federal, state, or local law.
