Job description

The District Manager will be responsible for managing multiple restaurants in accordance with Estep & Company's vision, values and culture. The ideal candidate will demonstrate, teach and model Estep & Company, Inc.'s vision, values and culture while maintaining a high level of accountability for the standards and performance of stated duties.
Duties include:- Ensure store managers maintain acceptable staffing levels in all departments to build sales and improve profitability.
- Assist store managers in hiring and training of employees to help improve productivity and quality of customer experience.
- Drive performance improvement and sales improvement for all restaurants.
- Establish budgets for all restaurants in alignment with company goals.
- Produce and maintain an effective and measurable succession plan for all levels within their area, including management, assistant managers, shift leaders and key hourly employees.
- Teaching, coaching, leading and developing District Managers and the entire restaurant management team.
- Ensure new company and brand initiatives are positively supported and communicated clearly to all managers and team members.
- Ensure that the strictest standards of sanitation, food safety and cleanliness are practiced in every restaurant, by every team member on a daily basis.
- Be proactive in recognizing trends and areas for improvement and react swiftly to correct any deviation from company guidelines or negative profitability factors.
- Ensure the highest level of customer service is maintained within each location.
- Establish clear goals of performance for your district managers and communicate consistently with them areas of strength and weakness, constantly striving and holding accountable for their achievement.
Musts:
- Must have minimum of 3 years' experience as a GM of a casual dining restaurant or 3 years' experience as a District Manager of a fast casual restaurant.
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills.
