This is a direct hire opportunity to become a key player in a fast-paced, client-focused environment. What You'll Do
- Lead and manage structural engineering efforts on industrial facility design projects
- Serve as Project Manager, overseeing timelines, budgets, and client communications
- Mentor junior engineers, fostering technical growth and collaboration
- Collaborate across MEP disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
- Support construction guidance and startup assistance for industrial clients
- 8+ years of structural engineering experience, with a focus on industrial projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in Structural Engineering
- Proven Project Management experience
- Strong background in MEP coordination, with at least 3 years in industrial settings
- Proficiency in Revit 2021, AutoCAD, RISA, and RAM Structural System
- Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
