  • Ensure successful delivery of projects, on time and within budget.

  • Manage Stratus-client communications.
  • Oversee sprint planning and team coordination.
  • Prioritize features and requirements amongst competing initiatives.
  • Maintain a prioritized feature backlog.
  • Coordinate complex tasks across teams.
  • Step in as a technical contributor when needed.
  • Navigate the complexity of project, technical, and political considerations.
About the Role

Stratus Data is looking for an Engagement Manager to join us in driving organizational impact. This person will hold a degree in a STEM subject and at least 7 years’ applied data or analytical consulting experience. They will be responsible for the successful delivery of data projects—on time and on budget, at an extraordinarily high quality—along with the day‑to‑day client relationships.
