About the Team
The Strategy & Operations Core Consumer Experience team owns the DoorDash in-app experience and how consumers explore DoorDash. Our mission is to help DoorDash consumers build confidence in ordering and discover "the best in their neighborhood." Our team identifies emerging customer needs, shapes long-term strategy for the consumer discovery journey, and ensures that new features deliver measurable impact. Ultimately, we advocate for the consumer at every step, championing experiences that make DoorDash feel local, relevant, and delightful.
About the Role
In this role, you will work with product, engineering, marketing, and design partners on solving key problems for DoorDash consumers by developing and testing data-driven hypotheses, generating new product ideas, and improving the DoorDash consumer experience.
You will own projects from hypothesis to implementation to results and will get to the lowest level of detail in order to execute on high-impact experiments. The results of your work will influence business decisions, our consumer and product strategies, and the future of the DoorDash consumer app.
You will report into the Senior Manager of Consumer Experience, within the Consumer Strategy & Operations organization.
Projects you may work on include helping users discover the best restaurant and dishes, encouraging content creation on DoorDash, using AI to automate existing processes, supporting go-to-market campaigns, etc. You will also be responsible for creating & implementing efficient processes for working cross functionally with our strategic partners.

Compensation
The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee's work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.
In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.
