This is a highly visible execution-focused role supporting senior and C-level leadership across established OKR, QBR/GBR, P&L, and Rhythm of Business (ROB) processes.
This is not a strategy-development or technical engineering position. The ideal candidate is an experienced operator who can independently manage complex programs, coordinate senior stakeholders, synthesize business and financial information, and deliver polished, C-level and board-ready materials with minimal oversight.
Responsibilities
  • Own execution and coordination of company-wide OKRs, QBRs, Global Business Reviews (GBRs), and executive Rhythm of Business
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams against broader program objectives
  • Develop executive presentations, business reviews, status reports, dashboards, decision materials, and leadership communications
  • Work with P&Ls, budgets, operating metrics, KPIs, and business performance data
  • Coordinate inputs across senior cross-functional stakeholders and turn fragmented information into concise executive-level deliverables
  • Maintain program roadmaps, schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Drive preparation and follow-through for executive operating reviews and leadership meetings
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and execution gaps and drive stakeholders toward resolution
  • Manage significant communication and content workflows across Slack, Teams, email, presentations, and related collaboration tools
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve cost, performance, processes, and delivery
Required Qualifications
  • 7-10+ years of Program Management, Strategy & Operations, Business Operations, Portfolio Management, Chief of Staff, or similar experience
  • Experience supporting C-suite, VP, or senior executive leadership
  • Hands-on experience running OKRs, QBRs, GBRs, annual planning, or executive Rhythm of Business
  • Experience working with P&Ls, budgets, KPIs, business metrics, and financial/operational reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to create board-ready and C-level presentations and communications independently
  • Strong cross-functional program management with the ability to influence peers and senior stakeholders without direct authority
  • Excellent PowerPoint/Google Slides and executive written communication skills
  • Ability to operate effectively in a large, complex, fast-moving organization with minimal direction
Preferred Background Candidates coming from hyperscalers, large technology companies, management consulting, enterprise SaaS, cloud organizations, or large-scale Strategy & Operations teams are particularly relevant.
Estimated Min Rate: $80.00
Estimated Max Rate: $85.00
