Role Overview

We're hiring a Strategy Director to help design and scale the national systems, processes, and teams that power CMC's operations. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on leadership, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex problems through data, process, and people.

Perfect for professionals with experience in consulting, banking, healthcare operations, or startup growth, this role offers the chance to drive meaningful change and work directly with CMC's executive team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and scale national systems for equipment, labs, billing, and scheduling.
  • Design operational playbooks and frameworks that support growth and consistency.
  • Lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Technology, and Finance.

  • Manage vendors, budgets, and contracts tied to key strategic initiatives.

What You Bring
