A growing specialty grocery concept is seeking a General Manager to lead the opening of its newest location in Clemson, SC. This is an exciting opportunity to join a company focused on fresh, scratch-made prepared foods, premium grocery offerings, and exceptional guest service. 
 
Qualifications
  • 3-7+ years of General Manager , Store Manager or Kitchen Manager experience in grocery, specialty retail, café, market, or restaurant operations
  • Experience opening new locations or leading high-volume operations is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of prepared foods, scratch kitchens, and fresh retail merchandising
  • Proven experience with ordering, inventory management, cost control, and quality assurance
  • Strong financial acumen, including labor management, budgeting, and P&L responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams
  • Passion for fresh food, hospitality, and community-focused retail
  • Highly organized, hands-on, and solutions-oriented
