Store Manager - GEOX

Location: Heartland Town Centre - Mississauga

Position Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Store Manager to oversee all aspects of our store operations. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and leading a team of motivated staff. You will be responsible for inventory management, team leadership, merchandising, and enhancing the customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and increase profitability.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Implement effective merchandising, product placement, and promotional strategies to drive sales.
  • Manage store schedules to meet budget goals while optimizing payroll costs.
Store Operations
  • Ensure accurate store inventory, including handling shipments, markdowns, and product recalls. Conduct regular store inventory checks.
  • Follow all policies to protect store assets and minimize loss. Administer cash management procedures.
  • Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with safety standards and handling incident reports.
  • Oversee store setup, including stockrooms, cash desks, and operational areas. Maintain organized and efficient store layouts.
Team Management
  • Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing team.
  • Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff to meet performance expectations and deliver exceptional service.
  • Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, ensuring high employee engagement.
Omni-Channel Operations
  • Coordinate seamless integration between online and offline channels.

Customer Experience

Position Requirements:

  • Education: University/College Degree or equivalent retail experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of retail management experience, ideally in fashion, apparel, or footwear.

  • Strong people management and coaching abilities to drive performance and career development.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed business decisions.
