The Stem Cell and Cellular Therapy Data Manager is responsible for overseeing the management of clinical and research data related to hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT) and other cellular therapies. This role ensures the accurate and timely collection, entry, validation, and reporting of data in accordance with institutional protocols, federal regulations, and the requirements of external agencies such as the Center for International Blood and Marrow Transplant Research (CIBMTR) and the Foundation for the Accreditation of Cellular Therapy (FACT). The Data Manager plays a critical role in maintaining data integrity and supporting compliance across all reporting activities. This position reports to the Director of Oncology Accreditation and Data Services.

3-5 year's experience required.

Experience in data abstraction and collection obtained via education or experience required.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Science, Data Management, Healthcare Statistics, or Nursing, required. 

  • Current BSN or Data Management Certification such as Oncology Data Specialist (ODS-C).
  • Current Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) certification, required within 30 days.

  • Knowledge of HCT and cellular therapy processes including mobilization, apheresis, conditioning regimens, HCT/cellular product infusion, engraftment, graft versus host disease, relapse, pre/post HCT patient care, chimeric antigen receptor T-cell therapies and complications, CIBMTR reporting, and FACT standards, and donor search preferred.
