As a Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering and Maintenance team to deliver the equipment reliability required to support current and future production and facility needs. In this role, you'll be responsible for advancing maintenance plans, analyzing equipment failure modes, and lowering the potential for critical equipment failures through preventative and predictive strategies.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Asset Management Leadership:Manage the site Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) system, including maintaining equipment inventory, maintenance plans, and bills of materials while training colleagues on system use.
  • Reliability Strategy Development:Analyze equipment and failure modes to develop and execute robust preventative and predictive maintenance strategies that minimize downtime.
  • Equipment Criticality & Metrics:Maintain the site's equipment criticality tool and track monthly reliability metrics to ensure correct equipment prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Cross-Functional Partnership:Work closely with Operations, Maintenance, TS/MS, and Quality to identify critical equipment risks and provide technical support for facility-wide reliability initiatives.
  • Compliance & Safety Oversight:Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and collaborate with HSE to ensure contractor safety for all relevant third-party work performed on site.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
  • Education:BS or higher in an Engineering field (e.g., Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.).
  • Experience:A minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience in engineering or maintenance reliability.
  • Top 2 Skills:Demonstrated ability to manage projects of varying complexity (design, construction, and qualification) and excellent technical communication skills for SOP and report development.
What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):
  • Education or experience in automation and instrumentation.
  • Strong background in Statistics and Statistical Process Control (SPC) capability.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities in a team environment and project management experience.
  • Previous experience providing process support within a regulated industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong business/technical problem-solving skills.
