Summary of Role:

Our Fab 8 team is seeking a 2027 New College Graduate to join the Process Integration and Yield Engineering organization in Malta, New York. The selected candidate will support semiconductor technology development and high-volume manufacturing through process integration, yield analysis, data-driven problem solving, and cross-functional collaboration.

Essential Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze yield, electrical, parametric, defect, and manufacturing data toidentifytrends, risks, and improvement opportunities.

  • Support process integration activities across semiconductor process modules, products, and manufacturing disciplines.

  • Collaborate with process, device, manufacturing, quality, and product engineering teams to investigate issues and improve product performance.

  • Apply statistical methods, structured problem solving, and data analytics tools to support root-cause analysis and continuous improvement.

  • Participate in technology development, qualification, process change, and manufacturing readiness activities.

  • Develop technical reports, presentations, dashboards, and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project status.

Other Responsibilities:

  • Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Securityrequirementsand programs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education - Graduating with a Bachelor's orMaster's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, IndustrialEngineeringor related field from an accredited degree program.

  • Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and proven good academic standing.

  • Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)

  • Travel - Up to 10%

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior related internship or co-op experience.

  • Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc.

  • Strong interest inleveragingAI tools and emerging technologies to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and support effective decision-making.

  • Project management skills,i.e.the ability to innovate andexecutesolutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong planning & organizational skills

  • Experience with data analysis, statistics, or programming tools such as Python, JMP, MATLAB, R, or similar.

  • Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, process integration, yield analysis, or failure analysis techniques.
