Job description

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and schedule the delivery of parts, materials, and components to support production and other assigned supply chain processes.
  • Analyze demand and capacity, and evaluate scenarios to sustainably optimize delivery sequence, quantities, and timing.
  • Develop scheduling and prioritization guidelines based on demand-capacity checks to ensure reliable planning decisions.
  • Monitor daily work order sequencing and manage weekly sequence planning on a daily basis.
  • Perform or oversee non-routine load balancing calculations to support optimized planning results.
  • Work closely with master planning to align plans and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
  • Track scheduled deliveries and initiate appropriate measures whenever deviations occur.

Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or similar
  • Solid experience or strong understanding of material management, planning, or supply chain operations
  • Good analytical skills and the ability to evaluate planning scenarios and capacity impacts
  • Confident handling of planning-related tools and calculations; experience with demand-capacity checks is an advantage
  • Structured, proactive, and cooperative working style with strong problem-solving skills
  • External applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship
