Schedule: 4:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Coverage Area: Florida Space Coast
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: $17–$18/hour + Use of Company Van + 2 Weeks PTO

We're looking for someone who thrives in the field, likes staying busy, and can confidently handle evening operations while helping keep our homes running smoothly after hours.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable, tech-savvy, and proactive Field Operations Specialist to support our evening operations across the Space Coast.

This is a field-based operations role responsible for helping maintain property readiness, supporting after-hours guest needs, completing recurring operational tasks, and handling light maintenance issues before they become major problems.

This person will serve as one of the primary afternoon and evening hours operational support team members and should be comfortable working independently, driving throughout the area, and problem-solving in real time.

A company van will be provided for work-related travel throughout the Space Coast.

Core Responsibilities

Monthly Responsibilities

  • Complete monthly HVAC air filter changes

  • Vacuum and maintain AC drain lines

  • Complete monthly pest control treatments/checks

  • Document all completed preventative maintenance tasks

Weekly Responsibilities

  • Pull trash bins out for scheduled pickup days

  • Return trash bins after pickup

  • Pick up linens from our two Merritt Island locations and deliver to our laundry facility in Cocoa Beach twice a week

  • Monitor properties for exterior cleanliness and curb appeal

Daily Responsibilities

  • Serve as an operational runner for the team

  • Respond to after-hours guest and property issues

  • Assist with guest lockouts and access issues

  • Handle light maintenance needs as they arise

  • Complete scheduled property inspections and walkthroughs

  • Identify and report maintenance concerns proactively

  • Support operational emergencies and escalations as needed

Technology & Systems

This role requires strong comfort and willingness to learn technology and operational systems.

You'll regularly use:

  • Airtable

  • Slack

  • Property reporting tools

  • Smart locks and property technology systems

The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable documenting work thoroughly with notes, photos, and updates.

  • Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong reliability, sense of urgency, and accountability

  • Ability to work independently and stay organized

  • Comfortable driving throughout the Space Coast area

  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn systems

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
