Earning certifications such as the Certified Protection Professional (CPP) or Physical Security Professional (PSP) can enhance qualifications. Provide clerical and administrative support to clinic staff and care teams.
Route calls appropriately and assist patients with general questions and requests.
Monitor clinic schedules, update no-show appointments, and manage waiting lists.
Support daily clinic operations including opening/closing tasks and correspondence management.
Ensure compliance with VA policies, HIPAA standards, and Joint Commission requirements.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a standard office or clinical environment.
May involve sitting or standing for extended periods.
