Job Description

Your Responsibilities

At Silvercote, A Service Partners Co., our Managers are given the opportunity to lead and provide exemplary service to customers and their associates alike. As a Regional Leader - SE, you will be responsible for overseeing Operations & Sales in the Southeast Region. By supporting and promoting the Silvercote Company Values, our Regional Managers direct and manage all regional branch operations and resources with the overall responsibility to achieve maximum EBITDA consistent with the Silvercote's business model. The ideal candidate will have deep, relevant experience and partner with multiple organizations across the company to facilitate a strong, efficient business.

  • Responsible for achieving the region's financial and non-financial goals/objectives outlined by the Company.

  • Assist in formulating and implementing the region's marketing and sales strategy.

  • Design, implements, and monitors key performance metrics toward achievement of goals and objectives.

  • Develop regional budgetary information and updates to the Company.

  • Communicate and implement operational procedures designed by the Company to achieve maximum operational and administrative efficiency.

  • Monitor progress toward plan implementation and take corrective action, as required.

  • Establish short-term regional objectives and coordinate efforts of Branch personnel to accomplish each.

  • Direct the activities of the branch personnel and involve other Silvercote personnel by developing specific strategies to secure business.

  • Interact with other regions and departments to facilitate the effective handling of customer orders.

  • Entertain and liaise with customers either personally or by assignment to others, as needed.

  • Work toward proactive, continuous improvement of branch activities using lean tools and action plans as needed.

  • Responsible for positive motivation of subordinates.

  • Review employee performance by utilizing established performance appraisal system.

  • Assist in identifying and providing training, mentoring, and growth opportunities for subordinates.

  • Ensure all safety regulatory policies and procedures are implemented and maintained at all times.

  • Review employees' requests for vacation and approve schedule.

  • Review and approve expense reports of subordinates.

  • Interview selected candidates for position vacancies and evaluate candidates for suitability for employment in accordance with employment policies.

  • Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.

Your Qualifications

  • If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver's license will be required.

  • Minimum of ten years of experience in a similar industry.

  • Minimum of five years of supervisory experience required.

  • Proven experience growing with a Company and assuming increased responsibilities over time.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs.

  • Must be adept at setting and managing goals, objectives, and priorities while creating focus.

  • Must be able to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.

  • Experience in planning account & territory strategies.

  • Technical skills in construction management, engineering management, quality assurance, and costing.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant management experience

THIS IS A SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION

Travel Requirements

Travel - 50 - 75% within North America

Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, stooping, pushing, pulling and lifting boxes or packages under 70 lbs., and remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time.Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.

Compensation Range

$110,000.00 - $220,000.00

The actual basesalary a successful candidate will be offered within this range will vary based on factors relevant to the position.
