Capital City Signs is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sign Installer to join our production team. This role is essential to our final delivery, requiring a professional who takes pride in craftsmanship and ensures every project is installed to the highest industry standards.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work efficiently on independent assignments while maintaining seamless communication with the broader production team.
Key Responsibilities

  • Professional Installation: Execute the installation of various signage products, ensuring all work meets company quality standards and client specifications.
  • Site Management: Conduct thorough pre- and post-installation inspections to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic precision.
  • Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve any mechanical or environmental challenges that arise during the installation process.
  • Documentation: Review and interpret site plans, blue prints, and permits to ensure compliance with local regulations and project designs.
Job Requirements

  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in the safe operation of power tools and various shop equipment.
  • Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for alignment, leveling, and finishing details.
  • Problem-Solving: The ability to think on your feet and adapt to varying site conditions.
