Job description

Leasing job description; Locally owned and operated boutique property management firm, Campus Properties 4 Lease, seeking candidates for summer showing and leasing coordinator. Evenings and weekends required but by appointment. Responsibilities including coordinating and scheduling property showings with prospective residents. Communication, through email, text and phone, with prospective residents. Quick response and accommodating immediate showings necessary. Strong communication, organizational and people skills required. Some move in move out and property inspection duties. New hire must have cell phone and transportation. New hire will be a part of a small team but will report to the property manager. All properties are well located and within walking distance to Colorado State University. As showing agent you are a key element to our lease up process as you are likely to be the initial face and voice representing our our apartment homes and by extension, our property management firm. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who presents well and can get excited about helping people find an apartment home with us. Should you need housing and you do qualify, we will offer housing to you at a 15% discount with some resident manager responsibilities. Bonus/incentive paid at end of season for established occupancy rate.
